Suicide Bereavement Support Group The Athens County Suicide Prevention Coalition has formed a Suicide Bereavement Support Group for those survivors who share a common sorrow in having lost someone to suicide. Group meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of every month, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, at Appalachian Behavioral Healthcare, 100 Hospital Drive, Athens, OH.

The floor will be open for those who wish to share their unique journey as a survivor with others.  For additional information, please contact Mary Schreck at 740-592-3734. For those who cannot attend the Athens County group, Suicide Bereavement Support Group meetings are also currently being held in Logan, OH.  They are held on the second Tuesday of every month, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, at the Bowen House, 196 N Market St, Logan.  For additional information, contact Janey Saving at 740-385-1389.
