Con Littler's Letter  to his wife, Sue

Sergeant Major Nathan Connel Littler was a Veteran of the Civil War.  While fighting in Atlanta, he wrote the letter below* to his wife.  The year was 1864.  Many years after he completed his service in the Union Army, he was buried at the Ridges, in a plot marked with only a number: 120.  In 2009, his descendants would locate his grave and see to it that he received the recognition he deserved.  Read Littler's remarkable story, here.
