THE KROGER COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM

 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENROLLMENT

To renew an existing enrollment, click here: Re-enrollment

To enroll for the first time and begin participating in the program, follow the instructions below:

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  A Kroger Plus Card is needed to register for the Community Rewards Program. You will need the 12 or 13 digit number on the back of your Kroger Plus Card during the registration process.  If you do not have a Kroger Plus Card, you can apply for one by filling out an application here, and taking the application to your local store. 

  1. Go to:  www.krogercommunityrewards.com

  2. Select your state.

  3. Scroll down and click on “Enroll.”

  4. IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT WITH KROGER, enter your sign in information and click on the sign in button.  Skip to step 17.

  5. IF YOU DO NOT ALREADY HAVE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT WITH KROGER, click on “Sign up Today!” under the "New to Kroger" section on the right.

  6. Enter the email and password selection information required. Click the save and continue button.

  7. Enter your zip code and click "Search.”

  8. Click the arrow on the dropdown box to display the list of stores in your zip code and highlight your preferred store.  Click the save and continue button.

  9. Choose "Yes, I have a Kroger's Plus Card." Fill out the information requested about your card: number, last name, and zip code. Click the save and continue button.

  10. Select any email communications you would like to receive from Kroger. Click the save and continue button.

  11. Verify that your account information is correct. Check box for agreement to terms and conditions and click to complete.

  12. Kroger will send a message to the email address that you entered earlier in the
    process. This could take up to 10 minutes.

  13. Open the email from Kroger. Read the email and either click on the link within the email or copy and paste the link into your browser address bar and hit enter.  The link will take you back to Kroger's website.

  14. Click on "Sign in" and then type in your email and password.  Click the sign in button.

  15. Click on "My Account" (top right area of screen).

  16. Scroll down to click on the Community Rewards Section, then click “Edit Community Rewards Program Information.”

  17. Find NAMI Athens by typing in our NPO number:  81774 and clicking the search button

  18. Select our organization by clicking on the radio button:

  19. Click the save changes button.

  20. YOU ARE DONE!

Re-enrollment

  1. Go to:  www.krogercommunityrewards.com

  2. Select the "Already Enrolled? Sign In" tab on the right.

  3. Sign in using the email address and password you set up when you first registered (use the help link if you have forgotten your password).

  4. Signing in brings you to your account page.  Scroll down and click on the "Community Rewards Information" section.  This shows your enrollment date, and if your enrollment has expired, you will see a link for re-enrollment.  Click that link to re-enroll.
