THE KROGER REWARDS PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS

To renew an existing account, click here: Re-enrollment

To create a new account and begin participating in the program, follow the instructions below:

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  A Kroger Plus Card is needed to register for the first time. You will need the 12 digit number on the back of your Kroger Plus Card during the registration process.  If you do not have a Kroger Plus Card, you can apply for one by filling out an application here, and taking the application to your local store. 

  1. Go to:  www.krogercommunityrewards.com

  2. Select your state.

  3. Scroll down and click on “Enroll.”

  4. Click on “Sign up Today!” under New Customer section on right.

  5. Enter your zip code and click "Search.”

  6. Click on the arrow to display the list of stores in your zip code and highlight your
    preferred store.

  7. Enter in your email and password.

  8. Select any email communications you would like to receive from us.

  9. Click on “Next.”

  10. Key in your Kroger Plus Shopper’s Card Number. (If it says that this card has already been used, please call the number on the back of your card.)

  11. Enter in your contact information.

  12. Click on “Next.”

  13. Verify that your account information is correct. Check box for agreement to terms and conditions and click on “Complete Information.”

  14. Kroger will send an email to your personal account that you entered earlier in the
    process. This could take up to 10 minutes.

  15. Open the email that Kroger sent. Read the email and either click on the link within the email or copy and paste it into your browser.

  16. Sign in: click on the blue “Click here” button and then type in your email and
    password.

  17. Under the Community Rewards Information Section (center column), click “Edit Kroger Community Rewards Information.”

  18. Find NAMI Athens by typing in our NPO number:  81774

  19. Select our organization by clicking on the radio button:

  20. Click "Save Changes."

  21. YOU ARE DONE!

Re-enrollment

  1. Go to:  www.krogercommunityrewards.com

  2. Select the "Already Enrolled? Sign In" tab on the right.

  3. Sign in using the email address and password you set up when you first registered (use the help link if you have forgotten your password).

  4. Signing in brings you to your account page.  Scroll down to the "Community Rewards Information" section in the middle column.  This shows your enrollment date, and if your enrollment has expired, you will see a link for re-enrollment.  Click that link to re-enroll.
